Contact

One address reaches every desk — support, billing, privacy and moderation alike.

Email us

Write to [email protected] and include the account email you use on PlatinumBio (for account questions), the page or job your message concerns, and a plain statement of the issue or request. Precise reports get precise answers.

Moderation reports

For content you believe involves a real person without consent, or any minor — email the same address with the page URL. These reports are read first; the moderation policy sets out what happens after one arrives.

Privacy requests

Access, correction and deletion requests are handled under the privacy policy. Write from the address on the account so the request can be verified as yours.
